Music has always been in Bee's genes, which naturally gravitated her to the art. Singing since a child as well as writing poetry, Hny Bee's poetry naturally transcribed into full blown songs. Taking piano lessons as a child the instrument also became one of her first loves and pushed her further down the path of writing her own original music. Hence her love for the arts growing over the years, Bee decided to further her knowledge by attending North Carolina A&T State University where she studied Music Performance (with a concentration in Voice) and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2019. Shortly after graduation Bee dropped her first single, "Love Kills" in October 2020, which showcased her versatility by dropping some bars as well as her unique vocals. In October 2020 Bee dropped the official music video for "Love Kills" giving you a peak at her cool but inviting and compelling personality. In Spring of 2021, Hny Bee gave the people something to ride to for the season dropping her catchy, and addictive single "Hny Thoughts", where she shows off more of her distinctive yet congenial vocals. While dropping singles Bee has also been working diligently on her first complete project "Hny Thoughts the EP" which is scheduled to drop on August 21st, 2022. This project takes listeners on a ride through Bee's many thoughts and feelings; she goes from "poppin' her sh*t a bit to being her most vulnerable self in her lyrics. This project is the epitome of an emotional rollercoaster, so buckle your seatbelts and enjoy the ride. Bee lovesss to transcribe and put her spin on some of her favorite artist songs through her covers on YouTube and SoundCloud; covering artist from Roddy Ricch to Billie Eilish. Being a natural creative, over the years Bee has used makeup and fashion to express herself which she showcases on social media such as Instagram and TikTok gaining some audiences on these platforms.
